Shipping Policy Coverage SaadaBazar.com delivers across all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Muridke, and surrounding areas. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Friday (after 2 PM), Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following business day. COD orders are confirmed via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Delivery Time Major cities: 2–4 business days Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days Remote areas: may take up to 8–10 business days Shipping Charges Standard delivery fee: Rs. [X] per order (flat rate across Pakistan) Free delivery on orders above Rs. [X] Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown before order confirmation. Courier Partners Orders are dispatched through trusted courier services (e.g., Leopards Courier, TCS, M&P, PostEx, or similar), depending on the delivery location. Order Tracking Once dispatched, a tracking number is shared via SMS/WhatsApp so customers can track their parcel directly with the courier. Delayed or Lost Shipments If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated window, customers should contact us via WhatsApp/email with their order number, and we will follow up with the courier on their behalf. 2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy COD is available on all orders across Pakistan as our primary and most trusted payment method. All COD orders are verified by phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch to reduce fraudulent/fake orders. Customers must keep their phone reachable; unconfirmed orders (no response within 24–48 hours) may be automatically cancelled. Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery in front of the rider whenever possible. Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in future orders requiring advance payment. Online/bank transfer and digital wallet payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, card) are also accepted for customers who prefer to prepay.
